Refunds: Any fabric that has an issue not described below must be inspected and returned unwashed and uncut condition within 7 days for a refund or exchange so please contact me immediately with any issues. Flawed orders are subject to a partial refund of my discretion depending on the issue.
If you receive anything that has a flaw, or you are missing product you have 7 DAYS from the date tracking shows your package was delivered to contact us to fix the situation for you. Should you fail to contact us by the 7th day no refunds or replacements will be issued. Any washed or cut fabric will not be covered. Be sure to inspect your fabric and contents upon arrival and before you use it. If you are missing all or part of your fabric due to a damaged parcel please contact USPS directly by filing a claim with them. If you received product that has manufacturing flaws please contact us by email within 7 days to fix it for you.
Fabric will be printed on 56"-60" wide fabric, Please be aware imperfections are common along the sides of the selvage and cutting off of selvage can result in a final width of 54"-58".
NO ORDERS: Will be refunded or discounted if you have a single flaw that is smaller than a quarter. Please be aware that Shades can vary in bulk with colors by 10%.
We are not responsible for the distribution/use/resell of items once they are sent to the purchasing party. As with all custom fabrics that use inspired art, we always ask that you use your best judgement when selling items. We interpret the law of parody art to be of fair use with our designs, however in any situation, where licensed characters are involved, it is always up to the discretion of the licensee to determine their rules on fair use and resell of those items.
All PRE-ORDERS Please allow 8-16 weeks for the fabrics to be printed before they are shipped to me for cutting, packaging and shipping (3-4 weeks depending on the size of the pre-order) - ONLY place a pre-order if you are comfortable with this time frame of up to 20 weeks for processing and being shipped to you. DO NOT order from my pre-orders if you are not comfortable with these turn around times.
At times there are unforseen delays or yardage that needs reprinted due to shortages or flaws. The remaining portion of your order will be shipped and the replacements will ship separately unless it is an international order then it will all ship when the missing yardage arrives.
All RETAIL will be shipped in order of payment received in case of any over selling of the stocking. In the event this occurs the orders not able to be filled will be refunded in full. There is no way on my end to control this type of issue. I suggest when the retail is small and the demand is high that you checkout immediately. Retail orders will be shipped within 7 business days.
No orders will be manually combined
SHIPPING and Handling All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. I will let you know if you owe any additional shipping charges. Flat Rate packaging includes $50 insurance per item . Additional insurance available for purchase upon request.
All packages include $50 in insurance If you did not ask for your total cost of your package to be insured the seller is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
